Hdbox error

I tried to read the bios chip information from macbook 2015 A1502 EMC 2835. but hdbox does not read the EFI information. says Image type = Unknown format
then try to erase and write with WRITE SPI (FULL) and the hdbox deleted and wrote but now my macbook is dead some help? hdbox team not answer any expert here?
I think I need to rewrite an original file. Somebody has it...?
