RIFF Box v1/v2 updates - Qualcomm USB, UFS chips support

RIFF Box updates, 30.08.2018:

- 25 new resurrector DLL-s
- RIFF Box firmware v1.51
- RIFF Box JTAG Manager v1.81
- RIFF Box eMMC Plugin v5.0




We added support for Qualcomm EDL mode via USB cable, Sahara protocol both Firehose and Streaming download.
Support for UFS chips and few important bug fixes for v1 box ISP resurrection.
