Flash via SP Flash tool
On TWRP, remove in /system recovery-from-boot.*
On BL12000 Pro is enabled forceencrypt, so if you can access data partition, you must format data partition and flash "disable.zip" via twrp to disable encryption and then you can access data.
If you can root it download supersu, because magisk is not fixed for this phone.
