I'am soo happy that Oppo has finally released Official Nougat update for both Oppo F3 n F3 Plus
Im an OPPO F3 PLUS user and let me share its pros/features and cons
New Features:
Updated UI from Color OS 3.0 to 3.1 (more iphone look alike UI)

Night Shield
Headphones Monitor
Payment Protection
Kids Space
Device ON/OFF preset
Clone Apps
Split-Screen
Game Acceleration
Changes the built-in email from WPS to Gmail
Control Center
Secure Keyboard
Multi-Screen Interaction (formally called Wireless Display)
File Manager > Remote Management (formally called FTP)
Charging Speed is Increased by 20%. recharged 10-100% in 50mins only
RAM Optimization is awesome (previously it will be maxxx 1.80 or 1.85gb free ram available but now its optimized upto 2.24gb)
Android Security Patch is Updated to Jan 5th, 2018
Few minor changes like Homescreen apps auto arrange, new icons, folder view, music player ui, etc.. are noticable
Note: All other unmentioned features are already existed in the previous OS and there is No Lag, No Battery Drain issues or any harmful issues with this update 
Cons:
-Removed Private Apps feature (hiding apps)
-Removed Memos
-Removed network logos feature
-Removed one-tap memory accelerator/booster (homescreen floating button)
-In couple of apps, UI looks unpolished with outdated Font
-Camera Untouched (no improvement in bokeh poor cropping and low light noise)
-No Face Unlock
-No 4G Video Calling
-No Auto Call Recording again!
-Split-Screen doesnt support almost 80% of system apps and even facebook. i say it works for less complicated apps only but yes it works enough for our use
-It took sooooo long to provide this major update but oppo should have given Oreo instead of Nougat but still im thankful

You dont have to take backup or any precautions at all. just flash it . all your installed apps,data, internal storagewill be safe and they wont get erased

Installation Steps:
1. Turn off your mobile
2. Hold VolumeDown+Power Buttons are 2 or 3 seconds until it powers on
3. Tap on "ENGLISH"
4. Select the First option which is Phone Storage
5. Select the downloaded .zip (ROM file) and confirm flashing
6. Done. RebootCaution: if you dont believe in this method and being afraid? you can go to your nearest oppo service to get this update by oppo themeselves but this update cannot be rolles vi ota nor website download page. this has said by oppo in my mail
