Install with Twrp recovery and use it directly from the start , i remove all the bloatwares and other apps not need ,after install the apps you want . This is the rom with the need update 3.01 .. i know not logic to have this number after the 3.09 post on may 17 of 2018 . This rom have by default Nova Launcher and you can change it . Not root but you can donload the pack here on needrom .
