1- go to: settings/configurations/recents/General UI     and enable lock icon

2- open Quick Flashlight app give access rights

3- click the square button and on the lock icon on the Quick Flashlight app to keep it always o

This is not a fix, sometimes you will have to repeat 2&3 or reboot and repeat 2&3
