HOW TO FLASH XIAOMI REDMI 2 PRIME (WT88047)
1-install Xiaomi flash
2-extract the firmware
3-copy the extracted folder to the C:wt88047_pro_global_images_7.11.6_20171106.0000.00_5.1_global (file path directory)
4-Run xiaomi flash then load by selecting the folder of the firmware that is in the C:wt88047_pro_global_images_7.11.6_20171106.0000.00_5.1_global (file path directory)
5-after having downloaded firmware fastboot on your redmi 2 premium wt88047 by pressing (vol down + power) then connect it to your pc
6-on xiaomi flash app to refresh your device should appear (in case it does not appear, check your fastboot drivers).
7-finally, on xiaomi flash check '' clean all '' then start the flash, wait a few minutes, when you will see the message successfully disconnect your phone then turn it on.

HOW TO FIX NETWORK REDMI 2 PRIME (WT88047) AFTER FLASH MIUI 9 (5.1)–FASTBOOT METHOD
In the folder Minimal adb and fastboot open the command prompt with the SHIFT + EDIT keys (left click) then go on to open a command window here, put your device into fastboot mode.
In the command prompt check your device by typing the following command: fastboot devices (your device should appear if the fastboot drivers are properly installed).
if your device appears correctly in fastboot mode, type the following command: fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
then wait for the modem to be written, the operation may take 3-5 minutes..
